INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT OF FRP
Scrubbers
We design, manufacture and install scrubbers, absorbers, cyclones, quenchers and filters made of fiberglass.

Our fiberglass products are resistant to long-term exposure to chemical compounds formed during gas cleaning, as well as to abrasive erosion.

All products and devices are developed individually taking into account the technological process.

When designing, the volume of gas emissions and the content of aggressive substances in the gases being cleaned, their composition and temperature are necessarily taken into account.

Large-sized equipment consists of several elements – columns (sections). Their number depends on the overall height and diameter of the device.

The columns are made of chemically resistant polymeric materials on Finnish winding equipment in our company's workshop.

The best solution for the manufacture of large-sized equipment from fiberglass is to deploy our mobile production shop near the place of its installation.

Placing the production in close proximity to the installation site solves the problem of transporting oversized parts and reduces the total cost of the order.

To suit your needs, scrubbers and absorbers can be supplemented with a fiberglass pipeline system designed to supply the irrigating liquid, as well as a system for collecting harmful chemicals obtained during the cleaning process.

The use of fiberglass in gas cleaning complexes significantly increases the durability of the entire system (up to 20-25 years) and improves its reliability.

The design of gas cleaning devices manufactured by our company is always developed individually.

To start cooperation, determine prices for products, we need to learn as much as possible about the specifics of your enterprise, operating conditions of technological equipment and existing aggressive environments.
